Hiang\u9057\u4ea7\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u4ee3\u8868\uff09[2023] SGHC 268**\uff08\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7b80\u79f0\u201c**Tan Siew Kheng v Teo Kian Kian**\u201d\uff09\u7684\u80cc\u666f\u3002\u8be5\u6848\u5c55\u793a\u4e86\u5171\u540c\u6240\u6709\u6743\u7ea0\u7eb7\u7684\u590d\u6742\u6027\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6cd5\u9662\u5728\u5e73\u8861\u5404\u65b9\u5229\u76ca\u3001\u5bfb\u6c42\u516c\u5e73\u7ed3\u679c\u4e2d\u7684\u5173\u952e\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u5728\u5171\u6709\u4eba\u5173\u7cfb\u7834\u88c2\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u3002<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Tan Siew Kheng v Teo Kian Kian \u6848\u4ef6<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u672c\u6848\u4e89\u8bae\u53d1\u751f\u5728\u4e24\u4efd\u9057\u4ea7\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u4ee3\u8868\u4e4b\u95f4\uff0c\u6d89\u53ca\u4f4d\u4e8e\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u6d77\u661f\u8def\uff08Hai Sing Road\uff09\u7684\u5171\u6709\u623f\u4ea7\u3002\u8be5\u623f\u4ea7\u7531\u4e24\u59d0\u59b9\u2014\u2014Tan Siew Cheng \u4e0e Tan Siew Hiang\u2014\u2014\u5171\u540c\u6301\u6709\uff0c\u5404\u81ea\u62e5\u670950%\u7684\u4efd\u989d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Tan Siew Cheng \u7684\u9057\u4ea7\u7531\u5176\u6267\u884c\u4eba Siew Kheng \u7ba1\u7406\uff0c\u800c Tan Siew Hiang \u7684\u9057\u4ea7\u5219\u7531 Kian Kian \u4ee3\u8868\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e24\u59d0\u59b9\u53bb\u4e16\u540e\uff0c\u5171\u6709\u4eba\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u7d27\u5f20\u5173\u7cfb\u9010\u6e10\u663e\u73b0\u3002\u968f\u540e\uff0c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u9057\u5631\u6267\u884c\u4eba\u7684 Siew Kheng \u63d0\u8bae\u4ee5\u4e0d\u4f4e\u4e8e240\u4e07\u65b0\u5143\u7684\u4f30\u503c\u5728\u516c\u5f00\u5e02\u573a\u51fa\u552e\u8be5\u623f\u4ea7\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0cKian Kian \u53ca\u5176\u5144\u5f1f Yong
