of Assessment\uff09\u88ab\u89c6\u4e3a\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u7a0e\u52a1\u5c45\u6c11\uff0c\u9700\u7b26\u5408\u4ee5\u4e0b\u4efb\u4e00\u6761\u4ef6\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>183\u5929\u89c4\u5219<\/b> \u2013 \u82e5\u4e2a\u4eba\u5728\u4e00\u4e2a\u65e5\u5386\u5e74\u5185\u5b9e\u9645\u5728\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u505c\u7559\u81f3\u5c11183\u5929\uff0c\u5373\u53ef\u88ab\u89c6\u4e3a\u7a0e\u52a1\u5c45\u6c11\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5929\u6570\u4e0d\u5fc5\u8fde\u7eed\uff0c\u90e8\u5206\u505c\u7559\u65e5\u4ea6\u53ef\u8ba1\u7b97\u5728\u5185\u3002<\/li>\n<li><b>\u4e24\u5e74\u884c\u653f\u5bbd\u514d<\/b> \u2013 Residence Rule\uff09<\/b> \u2013 \u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u80fd\u8bc1\u660e\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u4e3a\u5176\u6c38\u4e45\u5c45\u6240\u7684\u4eba\u58eb\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u516c\u6c11\u6216\u5177\u6709\u7d27\u5bc6\u8054\u7cfb\u7684\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u6c38\u4e45\u5c45\u6c11\uff08PR\uff09\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>\u5916\u7c4dIPs\u7684\u7a0e\u52a1\u5c45\u6c11\u8003\u91cf<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u5bf9\u4e8e\u53d7\u96c7\u4e8eSFO\u7684\u5916\u7c4dIPs\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u53d6\u5f97\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u7a0e\u52a1\u5c45\u6c11\u8eab\u4efd\u5bf9\u4e8e\u7b26\u5408\u7b2c13O\u6761\u548c\u7b2c13U\u6761\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u6301\u5c31\u4e1a\u51c6\u8bc1\uff08\u201c<b>EP<\/b>\u201d\uff09\u7684\u5916\u7c4d\u4eba\u58eb\u5fc5\u987b\u4ed4\u7ec6\u8bb0\u5f55\u5176\u5728\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u7684\u5b9e\u9645\u505c\u7559\u5929\u6570\uff0c\u4ee5\u6ee1\u8db3183\u5929\u89c4\u5219\u6216\u7b26\u5408\u884c\u653f\u5bbd\u514d\u6761\u4ef6\u3002SFO\u5728\u8058\u7528\u5916\u7c4dIPs\u65f6\uff0c\u5e94\u59a5\u5584\u8bbe\u8ba1\u96c7\u4f63\u5408\u540c\u53ca\u5de5\u4f5c\u5b89\u6392\uff0c\u4ee5\u786e\u4fdd\u8fbe\u5230\u6240\u9700\u7684\u5c45\u7559\u671f\u9650\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9700\u6ce8\u610f\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u53ea\u6709\u5728\u76f8\u5173\u8bfe\u7a0e\u5e74\u5ea6\u88ab\u8ba4\u5b9a\u4e3a\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u7a0e\u52a1\u5c45\u6c11\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u88ab\u8ba1\u5165\u201c\u5408\u683c\u6295\u8d44\u4e13\u4e1a\u4eba\u58eb\u201d\uff08Qualifying IP\uff09\u3002\u82e5\u67d0IP\u5728\u7279\u5b9a\u8bfe\u7a0e\u5e74\u5ea6\u672a\u6ee1\u8db3\u7a0e\u52a1\u5c45\u6c11\u8981\u6c42\uff0cSFO\u5c06\u65e0\u6cd5\u5c06\u5176\u8ba1\u5165\u8be5\u5e74\u5ea6\u7b2c13O\u6216\u7b2c13U\u8ba1\u5212\u6240\u8981\u6c42\u7684\u6700\u4f4eIP\u4eba\u6570\u3002<\/p>\n<p><b>IPs\u7a0e\u52a1\u5c45\u6c11\u8eab\u4efd\u5bf9SFO\u7a0e\u6536\u8c41\u514d\u7684\u5f71\u54cd<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u4e3a\u7b26\u5408\u7b2c13O\u548c\u7b2c13U\u6761\u7684\u7a0e\u6536\u8c41\u514d\u8d44\u683c\uff0cSFO\u5fc5\u987b\u8058\u7528\u7b26\u5408\u7a0e\u52a1\u5c45\u6c11\u6807\u51c6\u7684IPs\uff0c\u5177\u4f53\u5982\u4e0b\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>\u7b2c13O\u6761<\/b> \u2013
