Biography

Yin-Ing graduated from the National University of Singapore with an LL.B (Hons) in 2020 and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2021. During her undergraduate studies, she successfully represented her university in several competitions such as the annual Nuremberg Moot Court and Monroe E Price Media Law Moot Competition in Germany and Oxford respectively.

Yin-Ing joined Sim Mong Teck & Partner as an Associate after finishing her Practice Training with the firm. She has since been assisting the managing partner of the firm in immigration matters pertaining to the entire suite of Singapore Citizenship and Permanent Residence applications, as well as assisting high net-worth families to fulfil their immigration goals in Singapore via the Global Investor Programme. She also is involved in helping families set up and establish family offices through the relevant statutory tax incentive schemes under Sections 13R & 13X of the Singapore Income Tax Act.
